  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add rye flour, whole wheat flour, white flour, salt, and molasses. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
